Why work with us

The benefits of working with Dial A Dialysis

Our mobile units take dialysis to patients who would otherwise travel hours for treatment. Our nurses go with them.

Choose when and where you work

Set your own availability and locations. Pick local shifts, statewide work or block deployments of one to four weeks.

Mobile renal nursing, not a crowded unit

Treat patients in aged care homes and community sites, in a smaller setting where you have time for the person in the chair.

Work anywhere in Australia

From capital cities to remote towns. Stay close to home or take renal care to communities that have waited too long for it.

Also included

  • Book shifts in advance through our online scheduling system
  • Renal dialysis specialists placing nurses across Australia
  • Partnerships with public and private renal units, aged care providers and health services
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance covered
  • Uniform and personalised ID card supplied at no cost
  • No commissions or joining fees
  • Travel and accommodation arranged for approved regional and remote deployments

Questions

Renal nurse network FAQs

Is registering the same as applying for a job?

No. Registering adds you to our renal nurse network. When a role or deployment matches your location, experience and availability, we contact you to discuss it. There is no obligation to accept.

Do I need dialysis experience?

Renal experience is preferred, but nurses with acute, aged care or community experience are welcome to register and can indicate interest in training.

Where will I work?

Our units are deployed to aged care homes, hospitals and regional communities across Australia. You choose whether to stay local, work within your state or travel nationally.

What checks are required?

Current AHPRA registration, a national police check, two professional references and the right to work in Australia. Some sites need extra checks, which we explain before placement.

What happens to my details?

Your details are stored securely in Australia and used only for recruitment. We do not collect health information. You can update or remove your details at any time by emailing info@dialadialysis.com.au.
